What is the difference between online and line-interactive UPS?
An online double-conversion UPS powers the load continuously from its inverter, so there is no transfer time and the output is fully regulated. It is the recommended choice for servers, medical and industrial control equipment.
How long will the backup last?
Backup time depends on the load and the battery bank. We calculate the battery capacity based on the autonomy you need, whether that is ten minutes to start a generator or several hours of full backup.
How often should UPS batteries be replaced?
VRLA batteries usually last three to five years depending on temperature and cycling. Regular testing lets us replace them based on actual condition rather than guesswork.
Can the UPS work with our generator?
Yes. We check generator sizing and compatibility so the UPS and generator operate together smoothly during changeover.
